Dr. Arthur Wulkan

Arthur Wulkan (1947) is a Swiss citizen and has worked in management positions at UBS for 39 years in the CHF capital market area, international corporate finance and wealth management business with a focus on entrepreneurs and managers in German-speaking countries.

The focus of his activities was advising and accompanying companies on IPOs, raising capital on the capital markets and on corporate succession. In the Wealth Management Switzerland area, he was jointly responsible for the development and headed the "Executives & Entrepreneurs" business unit with a focus on the specific needs of entrepreneurs and other executives in private finance matters. He holds a doctorate in corporate law.
