Asset Consolidation

For the Asset Consolidation service FIO mirrors all bankable assets and liabilities (e.g. bank accounts, custody accounts, securities, loans etc.) as well as all non-bankable assets (e.g. real estate, art collection, future tax liabilities etc.) on its own in-house consolidation system.

The client periodically receives one comprehensive report that provides all necessary data on the composition and structure of the overall portfolio including performance data, benchmark comparison, costs, taxes etc.

This comprehensive report perfectly allows to define and to control the investment strategy and it also serves to analyse the client’s balance sheet according to the client’s specific needs.
