If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable data protection law, you have the right to complain to a competent authority.

Notes on Google Analytics (with anonymization function)

We have neither concluded a contract with Google Analytics nor do we consciously cooperate with Google Analytics. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that we cannot prevent Google Analytics from processing data about you. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have not commissioned Google to use the above information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity or to provide other services to the website operator related to website and internet use. The IP address possibly transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics should in principle not be merged with other data from Google. 4. Third Party Services or Content on our Website

On our website, we offer third-party services and / or content. When you use such third-party services or when third-party content is displayed, communication data is exchanged between you and the respective provider for technical reasons. We do not control the websites or the privacy practices of the third parties that manage those websites. Accordingly, this privacy statement does not apply to the linked third-party sites or services.

The respective provider of the services or content may also collect further data, and process it for further, own purposes. To the best of our knowledge, we have configured the services and content of providers that process data for their own purposes in such a way that either communication for purposes other than the presentation of the services or content on our website is blocked, or a collection of personal data only takes place if you have opted to use the respective service. However, since we have no control over data collected and processed by third parties, we are not in a position to provide binding information on the scope and purpose of such processing of your data by the respective third parties.

Accordingly, this privacy policy does not apply to the linked third-party sites.

b) Tools

Our website uses functions of Google Maps to increase the functionality of our website.

Notes on Google Maps

Our website uses functions of the map service Google Maps. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest.

5. Deletion of Personal Data

Unless we have specified special retention periods in this privacy policy, these general rules apply:

Your data will generally be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the intended purposes or if you revoke your consent or object to its use for legitimate interest. 6. Security

All information that you provide to us is stored on servers within Switzerland. In this regard, we attach particular importance to ensuring an appropriate level of data protection.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved and adapted in line with technological developments.

However, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

When you visit the FIO website, your data is transported via the Internet, an open network accessible to everyone. Data that you transmit to us by means of electronic media (e.g. e-mail) or have transmitted to you by us are generally not encrypted. This involves the following risks in particular:

  • Even if the sender and recipient are located in Switzerland, data may be transferred uncontrolled abroad, where data protection may not be comparable to that in Switzerland.
  • The exchange of information may be delayed or interrupted as a result of transmission errors, technical defects, interruptions, malfunctions, unlawful interference, network overload, wilful blockage of the network by third parties or other inadequacies.
  • Electronic messages may contain malicious programs or malicious software (so-called malware), which are executed when the message is read and may cause a variety of damages. For the purpose of combating viruses, the use of current browser versions and the installation of continuously updated anti-virus software is recommended.
  • The identity of the sender (e.g. e-mail) as well as the content of the message can be faked or otherwise manipulated by unauthorized persons.

7. Modification of the Privacy Policy
